Going in the right direction now.
181.8 lb Lost so far: 83.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1015 kcal Fat: 27.51g | Prot: 83.35g | Carb: 115.03g.   Breakfast: Safeway Sugar Free Maple & Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal, Butterball Everyday Turkey Bacon. Lunch: Al Dente Carba Nada, Chicken Stock, Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner: Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled), White Rice, Green String Beans, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Whataburger Chicken Strip (1 Piece). Snacks/Other: Mac's Snacks Chicharrones, Kroger Shredded Mozzarella Style Fat Free Cheese, Ted Drewes Vanilla Frozen Custard. more...
