ahhh I swear I'm not ever gonna get to 199
I've been working my butt off.did a 10 k walk yesterday..first time ever.. I have been doing 4 weight work outs and 3 cardio..and I gain weight.. makes me crazy..but going to track my food and pray it helps me.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 97.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Barb, I am right there with you right now. I have been tracking and following my diet religiously as well as doing strength training and cardio for 60 minutes, 4-5 times a week, and I'm actually UP 2.4 lbs. It's very frustrating because I can readily tell through my clothes that I've lost inches and really toned up. I'm sticking with it because the results I'm seeing surpass anything the scale is telling me, but it's nice to know I'm not the only one.

I am glad your seeing inches go.. i havent really noticed anything yet, but hoping soon uugg ..
