Hey it was Christmas and I had to make it through 2 Christmas dinners. Gaining only 1.4 lbs is pretty darn good I think.

236.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb. Still to go: 76.6 lb. Diet followed poorly.

gaining 1.7 lb a week
