After the weekend away with family, and a wedding on top of that, I didn't want to get onto the scale. I knew it would be a bad one. But I already have my inspiration for the next round. My eating plan has been set and a new gym routine has been worked out (which is a killer). I'm going to try the 4:3 fast diet, but not on conservative days. I will try that again once I've figured it out completely. The fast days will have the killer workout and on the other days I will just be concentrating on cardio. LET'S S DO THIS!!!
