Only .2 lbs. and I get my weekly personal reward which is a new dress for the upcoming Navy Seal 50th Anniversary Ball. Need a new dress cause all my old ones are too big. Have the oerfect one on hold at Dress Barn until Sat.---so I won't be weak---stay strong
152.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
