had an average day to day took my kids to kfc as a treat tried to be careful on what i ate and i thought i had screwed it up again but luckly i am well under my callorie average xxx
150.4 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 31.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Way to go. KFC is tough to resist, especially if you have leftovers.

Good for you. My favorite thing from KFC is the biscuits with some honey, yum. At least you stayed under that is the hardest part when eating out.
