Actually, when I started dieting after a long lapse, I was up to 167. I just waited until I dropped below 161 to "weigh in" at FatSecret. Another thing, I bought new scales. I weighed 163 on my old ones but 167 on the new. Actually I've lost almost 7 lbs. in 3 weeks. Not bad for me.
