OK. I have lost some. Not nearly as much as I would have liked but I have learnt some things too. Like fasting is not for me. It's not the fact that I don't have the will power to do the fasting but it just doesn't work with my body and the side effects are tremendous so I will just carry on with my own thing like limiting my starch and weight training. So we start again... my way!
