Didn't do too well this week - next week I have dinners to go to where I won't be able to resist some extra carbs... but I'm staying on this long term and hope to join a gym in February or March, once my arthritis eases up, the YMCA in my town is very expensive to join and so I may have to wait a while if I go there and I want to go there since they have a pool and the other two gyms in my town do not.. I ate out twice this week with extra carbs and also had too many carbs with some diet desserts this week too. So I know my carb level intake has to be very low for me to lose weight - but I'm very glad I didn't gain anything....I would've lost weight had I been exercising too along with my dieting, which kind of fell apart this week. I start again...
212.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Some insurance companies have deals with health clubs to offer reduced membership rates. You may want to check this out. I know that Medical Mutual does this through a website called globalfit. You can always ask about it at work to see if your employer or health insurance company does this. Do your best to maintain over the holidays. I've been making sure that I do not cheat AT ALL in the weeks leading up to Christmas so that if I do cheat on Christmas it won't have been a total carb free for all. Be strong, you can do it!!
