Hmmmm, so, I weigh myself everyday, but only record once a week and all week the scale hasn't budged and then now all of a sudden, a big drop?!? Obviosuly, I'm pleased to see it since I really have been working VERY hard, but I'm a little skeptical.
132.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
