So It looks as though I have put on 600 grams. Wrong. I had infact put on over 3 kgs but I have gone back to eating low carb high fat and in the last couple of days have managed to get to 90.2. I went for my first 4.5 km walk yesterday, after months and months of not exercising. I am hoping to do 2 a week in the first couple of weeks, and then increase it to 3 walks a week. I hope you are all coping well - in these last few weeks of nice weather... Winter will be here before we all know it :(
198.9 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
