I was down a pound couple of days ago, but didn't hold. My own fault. DS came and brought the 2 younger grandkids. He has gone home but the kids are still here for another couple of days. Enjoying them, but cooking things I don't normally prepare when it is just me and the hubby here. So of course I eat some of it too. Dang! Lucky to just hold my own. Here's to a better week coming up. Hope all my buddies are doing great!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 111.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What you ate is not important, that you were with people you love and enjoying yourself is. I'm sure you will get right back to it when they leave! And you didn't gain anything so all is good!

Aye its hard with the kids hey. We still get things in I shouldnt have in, like pasta, chicken, bacon and ice cream/ dairy chocolate for the step kids. They are very picky eaters and wont try any of my stuff. If they dont eat it within the weekend its a terrible temptation in the cupboard. Torn between teaching them right and spoiling them as we only see them once a fortnight. On top of that they are not my kids so I feel like its out of my court. As Lindart said, you are with people you love and happy. Happiness also equates to health =)
