172 down. 88 to go!!! Starting to really see some sagging skin, but I am just going to consider it my battle scars. Can't win a war without some type of scars, and I have made up my mind that I am going to wear mine proudly. I can run up two flights of steps, I think it is a fair trade off.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 172.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
