I'm going to start a physical food & exercise journal today, but I'll continue to update my weight on Fatsecret. Last night I made a baking tray full of crap for my family; chicken nuggest and French fries filled to the edges. I promised them that would be the last crap dinner I make and that this household will eat healthy from now on, no more junk. The guys agreed and appeared to be encouraged. We're all 3 overweight, but I'm the worst. Spring is coming. Shorts & short sleeves. Heat. Fatness. DO SOMETHING!
