I did a five day fat fast ketogenic. I lost 4.6 lbs. Once you resume regular eating you regain some water weight because the diet is a diuretic.

You will regain from 1 to 1.5 lbs. My regain this fast was only .8 lbs. Total weight loss 3.8 lbs. I'm super happy!
