Sun through Wed went great for me. Then on Thurs I went to Burger King for lunch and that was all for the day. Then on Friday after work went out and ate Chinese. But this week will be better. I will follow through the entire week. Some days I will try 2 protein shakes. My exersise is on hold due to a knee injury when I worked out with my personal trainer. I am going to make a dr appt. this week. I have been using my pedometer though. I logged 26000 steps this week. So I feel pretty good about that. Until next time.
