Doing well... the weight scale keeps going down slowly but surely despite the fact I'm not exercising due to a flare up of arthritis. I hope to join a gym with a swimming pool by spring...

The longer you go without sugars and carbs, the better your arthritis will be too. I hope you can find something that doesn't flare it up. Good luck.

I'm sure exercising in the pool will definitely not be so hard on your arthritis!

The continued weight loss will also help your arthritis. Have you ever tried glucosamine for it? I have mild problems with my knees and hands and it really helps. Also have "older" family members who swear by it. Remember, slow and steady wins the race so keep up the good work!!

I'm on glucosamine 1000mg 2x a day times two months now... it's starting to kick in, it's worst in my right foot the bottom of it... but it is getting better and better as each week passes despite the bitter cold New England weather. I take other stuff too.
