It feels so great to be back on track. My willpower has been superb. My cravings have been slight. Since I am not giving in to them, I am not craving more and more. It has taken me 4 days to work off one weekend of bad eating! But we have to do that every now and again. I just learned that when I am gonna splurge, don't splurge all weekend long!
120.6 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
