I would say I am stalling out... I just can't get under these numbers... driving me batty
214.8 lb Lost so far: 86.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week

Perhaps your weight loss is slowing, but I wouldn't agree that it is stalling out. You lost .6 over two days, and that's 2.1 per week if that trend continues. Some weight-loss pundits say 1 to 1.5 lbs a week is normal. You're doing fine.

As you get closer to your goal your body naturally tries to adapt to your new intake. You have to trick your body into burning more calories. That could be increasing your excercise but the trick I like the most is to zigzag caloric intake. If you eat the same amount of calories a day your body gets used to it but when you zigzag, high today, low tomorrow, your body has no idea what you are doing an won't be able to adapt.

The best advice I was given was to only weigh once a week & weigh on Wednesday. That way you will see larger losses less affected by water retention, etc. Wednesday is good because it gives your body time to adjust after the weekend, when you are more likely to have your normal food plan and exercise schedule disrupted. If you are losing 2 lbs. a week, that's awesome!

Plateaus are so dang frustrating. But you seem to be moving, just not as quickly as you would like. Don't get discouraged!
