Still looking down from this darn plateau and getting bored with the view. So drastic times call for drastic measures. Liquid fast today of BPC with the exception on black chia seeds at breakfast. We will see if that makes the idiot box move. Frustrated!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 107.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That should do it. My BPC is Tassimo Morning Coffee, with Double Cream instead of Creamer. I'll have one about lunch time.
