I have not given up, I just didn't want to record my x mas gain, it sucked.. I am getting closer to where I was, but man ,I just gotta keep at it. I started a new intense lifting program and it is 12 weeks long, so I am hoping if I do the work, I will be rewarded with a smaller body.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's right, it's important to keep your motivation. Even with the holiday weight, you've still last 26 pounds! That's a lot!
