OK - up a few ounces this morning - but i expected that - it's TOM. First one since starting the diet - it'll be interesting to see how MUCH water weight I put on, and if I end up having any cravings. HOPE not!!!
234.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
