I really should not get hung up on the number on the scale. I know this, but it is still bugging me that it is taking longer for me to lose because I have started working out. I know that muscle weighs more than fat and all of that, but STILL!
I am trying to think about the people on the Biggest Loser. They work out hard consistently and eventually it shows. That's what I am hoping to see at the end of my 20 days.

Day 15, 7 more pounds to go......
190.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.2 lb a week

Hang in there...you have to realize that the people on Biggest Loser are working out all day long and have that trainer there telling them what to do and what not to do....so unless that is you, you need to be patient. It will happen. You didn't gain it all in one day and you are not going to lose it all in one day. Keep your chin up and remember that you are not only losing the weight you are making yourself healthier!

Hedder52 said everything I was thinking! Also, make sure you take measurements. This will help you to see results when the scale doesn't move. Also, since you are building lean muscle, it's going to weigh more than the fat. Bonus: lean muscle burns more calories! Keep up the good work! I'm proud of you!!

At least you are working out! Girl I and really having some issues with going to the grocery store and purchasing stuff for this diet. I am still eating stuff that I know I shouldn't be eating. Thescale has not moved....I am so suprised that I am still at 193.4! I have a eating partner and it's not good. We eat out all the time and now I am feeling so depressed and sick of eating. I am so proud of you, you are getting it together. Girl, don't look back! It is so depressing back here! LOL! I'm going to get it together though.
