starting to feel a lot better and people are starting to comment that i have lost weight ,i think ive lost 21 pounds so far, managed to cycle up the lizie brae today without stopping (had to get off and walk the last time) very pleased with my results.... loving life
250.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
