I joined the gym and I need to stop obsessing about the stupid scale!!
216.2 lb Lost so far: 84.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Well, lookie there, now you've lost 1.8 lbs in three days! Try measuring with weighing, it helps get all your attention of the scale.
