Another week at a standstill. Followed my WOE pretty well. I will not be discouraged, well maybe a little! But I will not be deterred. Have a great week my buddies.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 107.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I used to always regret plateaus, but since I've experienced so many I know that they will always be broken if I stay the course.
