I lost two pounds but it is because I feel sick so i do not have much an appetite to eat. I did not want to the ER today so I will go to Urgent Care tomorrow to see what is wrong with me.

192.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb. Still to go: 32.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 14.0 lb a week
