1340 kcal Fat: 94.64g | Prot: 85.90g | Carb: 47.86g.   Breakfast: water, sausage, great value sweetener packet, grade a large eggs, breakstones sour cream, baking powder, cinnamon, butter, flax seed hodgson mill. Lunch: sara lee deli ham, great value pickle, the laughing cow cream cheese, deli ham. Dinner: great value no calorie sweetener, lipton sugar free tea mix, water, sunny shores mann's brocolli and cauliflower, kraft mayo, sour cream daisy, kraft sharp cheddar, ground beef. Snacks/Other: coffee crystals, cocoa powder, great value sweetener packets, swiss miss sensible sweets diet hot chocolate. more...
