soo pissed at myself for cheating.. I had movie popcorn and some candy.. and a couple stupid cookies..i got a lot of work to do to reach my goals...
218.0 lb Lost so far: 83.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.9 lb a week

It's okay, we all fall off occasionally. That's the secret--getting back on, keeping the little side trips to occasional status. I was beating myself up for eating a slice of pepperoni pizza on Saturday night, then recognized I ate it, enjoyed it, and stopped at one. That's important! Hang in there!!
