I've been trying to just have one meal a day. Of course it's a large meal. But I caved yesterday at 4am and had cheese with salami and a lick of coconut oil (half teaspoon). It was so good. But, that little bit made me feel so full. I was rather surprised. Even drinking my water made me feel even more full. I decided that from now on I will eat later in the night because I sadly do not have normal sleep hours. I think I will eat at 1am instead of 5pm. I go to sleep around 6am.

I'm feeling so happy. Even though the number on the scale is higher because I had a faulty scale, I'm relishing that each day, like before, it's coming down in the ounces. Those little ounces add up, lol. I'm was happy to be in the 2teens. Just have to work a little longer to get back there on an accurate scale!!
