Just held steady this week. Losing my mojo, eating things I shouldn't. Nothing terrible, too many nuts, trail mix, etc, not enough good food. I will get back in the swing of it. Just lots going on and I've lost focus.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 107.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Nothing wrong with nuts and trail mix. I eat a barrow load of nuts.

Stress is really hard - you can do this! And, if you have to take a short break because you are dealing (my condolences), then take it with a plan and come back and do it again. You've made great progress and know how to do this. Be gentle on yourself.

You've come so far. So impressive! You'll get back to eating like your body needs. Only 28 pounds to go! Wow! And you'll feel better mentally and physically as you lose even more. We know it is not just about looks, although that's a part of it for me.

Holding steady for a few weeks is not a bad thing at all. Just keep an eye on it, and get back to losing when you are not so busy.
