Hi Char, I was rocking it, then I fell of the wagon. Scratch that I took a noise dive and went head first into bad choices. It feels like my hormones have a cycle. I'll have a long stint of doing really awesome, feeling strong and motivated, making all the right choices. Then out of left field like a switch has been flipped I sabotage myself. I don't feel like working out and I want to eat everything in sight. *sigh* thanks for checking in, I'll pull up my big girl panties now.

Thank you Iulani. He has had a uti since the second week of January. His Dr has been trying pill form of antibiotics that just aren't cutting it. But bc of Medicare we have hoops we have to jump through.
