I did my first solo weightlifting session yesterday. my arms are very sore but considering I went from 0 to 100, it's probably a good thing. I've been feeling very positive.
157.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
