Oh my, I'm not happy. I went on scale earlier than I had promised myself (I wasn't supposed to do it before Feb 1st). I've only lost 2.1 kgs (4.6 lbs) in January! I thought I had done good, but I suppose I have to do something differently. It may actually be I haven't lost anything but fluids. I don't like this at all.
180.6 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lose the word "Only". You have lost weight - in fact, over a pound a week. Some experts will tell you that a pound a week is ideal, because that way you keep it off.

Great weight loss! At this rate it is more sustainable and you are less likely to deprive yourself of important nutrients or get hungry and binge. Keep going, you are doing well!

Thank you for your comments :) Yeah, I know it's not so bad. And I'm not on any strict diet, just trying to make good everyday choices. I'll eat something sweet or greasy every now and then. So I'm not going to lose very fast, I know. I was just a bit disappointed in the morning as I thought I might have lost a bit more in three weeks (my real day 1 was Jan 3rd, not 14th). I tend to lose two or even three kilos during the first weight loss week, but it didn't go that way this time. Anyway, it's the right direction :).
