Wasn't happy last week and didn't want to enter my weight. Last week, after I ended my 8th round I had only lost .9 the whole three weeks. Now this past week, week 25, I lost a pound. This week I am going to try Beachbody's 3 day refresh program. Maybe I can drop a couple more pounds starting round 9.
