well guys it's true, time to stop hiding; time to face reality. I fell off of the wagon and have been eating what ever the HELL(excuse my launge!) I want and now it shows. I didn't reach My goal as stated in my profile so I just plain ole gave up! I gained five pounds thought it would be way more but...there's always a BUT there trust me when I say that. But I can try agin I guess It's so hard and it messes with you head. I started to scare myself with my thoughts and I figure I should take a break.

Don't give up! Everyone has setbacks, but you just have to keep trying. You need to do it for yourself and your health.
You deserve it! Believe me when I say that you have to get your mind in gear first and then the rest will follow.
Staying positive will go a long way in helping you acheive your goal, as cliche as that may be.

If it makes you feel any better I feel off the wagon, landed on my big BUT and ran away from that darn wagon as fast as I could. And trust me when I say, "you can always start over." I'm back and ready to get this extra weight off that I put off while was running from that wagon. Just take care of yourself mentally and the rest will follow with time.
