It's been 144 days, so it says, since I weighed in last. I fluctuated between 225 and 233 in the last month. Clothes are still fitting way, way WAY better than they did. I was given some work clothes from a girl at work who has also been low-carbing.. She's almost at her goal...I feel proud of myself, actually, to be able to fit in her old clothes because she was about half the size I was when I started this. Only checked in a few times here and there...and I do actually miss it. I have pretty much been maintaining, or rather, losing and gaining the same five pounds as I was before, with a few extra pounds thrown in at the end of this cycle for the better. I have started watching more what I have been eating again...paying a little closer attention anyway. The moods have been up and down along with my weight. So I am pretty sure there is a connection. I haven't given up... My hair loss was a real downer...tested thyroid, Doc says it was due to the weight loss I have accomplished -- and she was sure impressed with what that weight loss was. So now the hair is growing back, I've been taken off of my medication for cholesterol. That was only because one of the side affects is pain in legs and stuff... that didn't help. It seems the cramping and constant pain is still getting worse... due to age I guess, according to what I've been told....

I suppose I will work on trying to keep better track of what eat, and get that exercise bike back out and give that a whirl too!
227.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 67.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Leg cramps can be due to low magnesium. Wouldn't hurt to try it, eh? Also, I got a lot of relief from aches and cramping once I started on coconut oil, daily. Also look up oil pulling online. A nightly swish with coconut oil did wonders for my body aches. Good luck with it. And let us know if any of this helps.

I do take magnesium twice a day. Can't imagine how bad it would be without it. As far as that coconut oil thing...just take a straight up shot of it or can it be mixed into something? I've been very leery of trying it in my coffee or trying to make BPC...I suppose I should get over the "fear" of it, huh?
