What a terrible week!! No loss, but very little gain. This week WILL be better. Happiness is a choice! A FB friend recently posted "do not reward yourself with food, you are not a dog"... harsh, but something I need to remember. The reward will be when I can fit into smaller clothes, and when I have more energy.
228.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
