so annoying the same deal.. hit new number and sit there for a week... I even started going for power walks 1 hr... come on scale, 219 by Monday is my goal!!
221.0 lb Lost so far: 80.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

the frustration is real! but the body needs time to adjust.. are you measuring yourself? might have nonscale gains

So frustrating when you are doing all the right things and the idiot box just stares back. If it had a tongue it would stick it out!
