Yippee!!!!
Below 100kg - double digits and from now on, I will input the grams as well.
Before I get on the airplane to Ghana on Monday - I WILL be below 99.00kg ;)
219.6 lb Lost so far: 27.3 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1299 kcal Fat: 64.19g | Prot: 78.99g | Carb: 100.50g.   Breakfast: SPAR 2% Low Fat Milk, White Bread, Clover Butro, Woolworths Sliced Salami. Lunch: Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Mayonnaise, Carrots, Celery. Dinner: Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Chicken Drumstick, Coleslaw, Woolworths Slimmers Choice Multiseed Wraps. Snacks/Other: Woolworths Chocolate Chip Cookies, Sausage Roll, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts. more...
