23.9% BF. Not too bad after last night's dinner at some friends' house. If you eat out with others, you can control what you eat, but if you are at someone's table, you can't eat all the beef fajitas and leave the rice for everyone else. So I had to consume more carbs than I wanted, but I kept if very controlled. I still ended the day at 71% fat, which is within my target for keto.
190.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
