yeah...what a drop! yesterday I read up about hormone based diets...especially if you have low testosterone and foods that are helpful to support testosterone and lower estrogen. I was so satiated and happy and though I even had a large handful of walnuts and 20 almonds and a glass of milk at 10pm, I dropped significantly. let's see how this goes. will try to buy pumpkin seeds today.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
