Woo Hoo! Dropped down into the next lower decade on the scale. This always seems like a big deal to me. Happy dance! New week, new motivation...140s here I come. Hope I get there faster than I got from the 160s to the 150s.
159.5 lb Lost so far: 105.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
