Only lost a couple of ounces this week, but my hubby and I went to Charleston for the weekend and had a bit to drink so I get it (although I did eat pretty right) . I can say we did walk, walk, walk a lot, so I'll take it. Especially since it took me out of the 140's!!!!!!
