i feel really fat..i want to lose the bulge in my sides and back really bad..i wanna wear a bikini one day..i cant sleep..how can i go to the gym like this??
125.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
