Diet is a bit of a disaster not what I wanted. Confused priorities right now otherwise good weekend
229.3 lb Lost so far: 110.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lol would not call it perfect but I have tried my best, I feel I need to reset because the body gets used to low food and adjusts so this week will be a wild eat anything for me so should be quite enjoyable.
