23.2% BF. I always measure with the calipers several times to make sure I'm being accurate. Today I was getting "16" & "18" so I'm calling it basically halfway between the charts body fat percentages. So more progress, which is exciting for week 3. I can still feel the effects of my body detoxing out of some of the past eating habits. This week I'll leave the RDI at 2,300 calories, but drop the carb max another 10 grams to 65g per day.
190.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
