Well... I know I've gained over all, but I'm pretty pleased to note that this weight is actually 2.5 lbs below what I (Secretly) weighed in as before I went on my month long vacation to Italy. That's right! I spent a month without a care in the world in the land of carbs, gobbling up pastas and pizzas and brioche and hot chocolate and profiteroles, and came out 2.5 lbs ahead! Yay! That's what walking an average of 10 miles a day will do for ya :p
Now I'm back home, with the resolution to lose once more and I am riding the high of that small loss. So nice to have enjoyed myself so much without all the accompanying guilt! So, I'm gonna give more exercise a go this time around, as well as carb and calorie counting. Hopefully I can make this positive this time around
