One month on Nicotinamide Riboside and dumping energy drinks. Energy levels are extremely good and I don't get exhausted at the end of the day. Started back to the gym on monday, just cardio for now, 45 minutes in the morning and lifting weights under 90lbs, my muscles didn't feel weak at all as is usually what I expect after I skip the gym for too long. I got myself a multi function slow cooker and filled the fridge with all sorts of greens and vegetables. So, for dinner I throw a mix of those into the slow cooker and a slab of fish and let them steam for a few hours. I found myself 238 this morning. Motivated.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
