Sushi and pizza. Need to stop eating out.

In an effort to cut carbs, I tried eating just the sauce and toppings. I left the crust. And guess where all the flavor was? In the sauce and toppings. I felt like I had pizza and didn't cheat and didn't miss the crust at all.
